Data Strategy Mentor

Birmingham Youth Trust is looking for an experienced data professional to help us make better use of the data we already collect. We want to understand the impact of our programmes more clearly and make evidence-based decisions — but we don't have the in-house expertise to get there alone. What you'll do: - Review our current data collection and reporting practices - Help us define what good data strategy looks like for a charity our size - Advise on tools and approaches that are practical and affordable - Meet with our small team once a month for 2 hours (remote) You do not need charity sector experience — curiosity, clarity, and the ability to translate technical thinking into plain language are what matter most. This is a mentoring role, not a delivery role. We want to learn from you, not hand the work over to you.
