Legal Advisor (Pro Bono)

Spark! supports young entrepreneurs, and many of them face legal questions they simply don't know how to answer — from contract basics to intellectual property, employment questions, and company structure decisions. We are looking for a solicitor or senior legal professional who can provide accessible, practical guidance. What this looks like in practice: - Monthly 1:1 drop-in sessions with founders (2 x 1-hour slots, fully remote) - Reviewing template contracts and terms we share with our cohort - Flagging legal risks we should be educating our young entrepreneurs about - Occasional input into our curriculum on legal basics for founders This is not a role that requires significant drafting or formal legal advice — it is about making legal thinking accessible to people who have never had access to it before. Experience with startups or SMEs is a bonus.
