Digital Transformation Advisor

Age UK Solihull is beginning a journey to modernise how we work. Our staff and volunteers are passionate and committed, but many of our systems and processes are outdated — and this is starting to limit what we can do for the people we serve. We are looking for a Digital Transformation Advisor who can help us think through this clearly and practically. What we need help with: - Understanding where digital tools could genuinely make a difference - Creating a realistic roadmap that doesn't overwhelm a small team - Making the case internally for change in a way that brings people with us - Advising on tools (CRM, case management, communications) appropriate for our scale and budget This is a one day per month commitment, based in Solihull (some remote working possible). We value honest advice over ambitious proposals.
